Steam on ReactOS + GTA 3

Steam works again in ReactOS! However, there’s a catch, since Valve discontinued Steam for XP/Vista, you must use archived no auto-update version from Internet Archive. Download Steam: Used from Windows Server 2003, Mesa3D for renderer and to make it work. Audio is behind game itself regardless. Mouse issues are same as on Steam’s Proton with this game.
