Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon JK Build on 37s | Inside Line

There’s no question that the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon JK is an outstanding build platform. Even in stock configuration, it’s one of the most capable SUV’s ever produced. With front and rear selectable lockers, a 4:1 transfer case ratio, and an assortment of off-road appointments coming on the vehicle stock, you don’t have to do much to increase the off-road capabilities of the JKU by a sizable amount. We recently stopped by Low Range 4x4 in Wilmington, North Carolina, to test our new 37s and no lift setup on our 2020 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon on the shops 30-degree RTI ramp. While there, we spotted the 2016 JKU you see here. While the the 20-inch-wheels and color-matched fenders give it a very show-like appeal, getting a little closer we quickly realized this Rubicon gets used on the trail.
