Traditional breakfast (or snack), JIDAN GUANBING in Beijing, China

JIDAN GUANBING is smaller than Jian Bing and they say it originated from Henan Province in China. It’s obviously a bit oily so they normally wrap fresh lettuce to make it healthy. It wasn’t bad at all. When in Beijing, I’d definitely give it a try one more time with a cup of nice creamy soy milk!
