Holy crap, this is an amazing tune. “Get To Know You“ is the epitome of class, groove, and sensual emotion. The atmosphere is so thick you can reach in and grab its rain-soaked chords; the vocal chops and backdrop so epicurean it feels like a romantic conversation between two paramours; and that melody... mysterious, intimate, moving. It’s woven together with memories and peaceful action. There’s much more I could say about this track, but at the end of the day its safe to suffice that this is a prime example of perfect deep house.
