Street Workout South Africa - Soweto Event

Silverback Calisthenics and Team Gravity Core joined forces on 17 August 2013 to host a Street Workout event in South Africa. The event was sponsored by Redbull and was comprised of a demonstration of freestyle calisthenics as it is done in Street Workout, and also a training session in which both teams guided crowd members in bodyweight training.
