Berlin, Germany. Documentation states in the Russian sector of Berlin communist crowds converge on the capitals city hall and attempt to force entry. The city council overwhelmingly anti-communist has already escaped through rear doors, red-zone police make no effort to break up the rioters who demand that the city government be seized by red-run action committees. Within three hours Hitler’s gutted Reichstag is the magnet for anti-communists pouring in from soviet sector to protest the violence. Franz Neumann, leader of the Soviet Democrats Berlin’s majority party leads the meeting.
