Oil Painting Tutorial | Grisaille Techniques. PORTRAIT STUDY For Beginners and onwards.

Here is a very interesting oil painting technique I used for years... Grisaille. All it is, is having the underpainting as tones of grey. Let this dry and add multiples of layers of colour to the desired effect. You will be surprised how the finished skin tones are so different to the other technique... straight colour.
