Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba called on Tuesday for more international sanctions against Russia after what he said was a “barbaric“ attack on the city of Kharkiv. “Barbaric Russian missile strikes on the central Freedom Square and residential districts of Kharkiv.
