FULL BODY WORKOUT | Pilates to Strengthen and Lengthen | Intermediate Level | Knee Friendly, No Jump
This full body workout is to strengthen and lengthen your body through pilates movements. It is an intermediate level workout with lots of pulses, holds and compound exercises! I also added very short voice instructions to guide you during this workout!
It was supposed to be a sunrise workout but the fog was covering the sunrise so it’s more like a fogrise workout 😂
This workout is knee friendly and there are no jumps! wohooo!
