HIIT FULL BODY BUT IT’S PILATES *fascia* [at home workout]

Hello Pilates friends! We have another HIIT but make it Pilates workout, and you can follow along while i workout with you. This time, we are focusing on fascial movement, which is the connective tissue in our body, that holds the structure of our muscles. We’re also working the abs, glutes, back, and pretty much every other muscle group, as is characteristic of Pilates. Do it twice if you’d like to!! I was sweating and completely gassed by the end.
