Manufacturing gears on Nicolas Correa cnc milling machine

In this video, you will see step-by-step how we manufacture gears first we start drilling holes, and after we continue roughing the geometry of the teeth with a bigger mill and we continue with another smaller face mill to finish the geometry of the teeth and finally we use a chamfer mill to finish the sharp edges of the part. The program was made on Vectorcam and on a CNC milling machine with Heidenhain control.
