Blood & Magic (1996) (PC) (Tachyon Studios)

Here is a video of an interesting and rare real-time strategy game from Tachyon Studios and Interplay based on the Forgotten Realms setting from Dungeons & Dragons. Like most early games in the genre, “Blood & Magic“ is a fairly slow-paced affair which suffers from abysmal path finding and a somewhat clunky interface, but patient gamers are rewarded with a complex and innovative RTS experience. Note: This first mission took about 30 minutes to complete, so I had to cut out more than half of the actual gameplay footage when editing this video.
