LS Swap Travelall Transmission Fix & Trade for a 1970s Chevy C10 - Bagged Patina Wagon Final Ep!
We’re saying goodbye to the LS swapped International Harvester Travelall this week! We sold the Travelall to an awesome guy back in Texas and even aged to get ourselves a bright shiny new C10 in the deal. But before we load the Travelall onto the trailer and ship it out, we have to make a few changes.
This bagged wagon has a manual T56 transmission that gave us nothing but headaches from the start. So before we send the Travelall off to its new owner, we’re going to put in an automatic transmission so it can be the cruiser it was always destine to be. Of course with a new transmission we need to modify our existing crossmember and trans mount as well as get a new driveshaft installed!
We don’t want to thrash on the Travelall too much since it’s no longer ours, but we weren’t going to send off a build without some smokey burnouts. So we’re breaking in our new small block C10 Chevy the right way with some huge clouds of white smoke!
