Nevertheless, we are ready for a serious conversation, and we want to resolve all conflicts, and even more so this conflict by peaceful means. But we must clearly and distinctly understand for ourselves that this is not a pause that the enemy wants to take for rearmament, but a serious conversation with guarantees for the security of the Russian Federation. We know the various options that are being discussed, we know the “carrots“ that are going to be shown to us in order to convince us that the moment has come.
