How to achieve your FONJI 10 EXERCISES TO FONJI This video is a detailed explanation how to achieve your FONJI. 10 exercises that will develop strength, increase dynamic, improve your technique and performance. Video includes 5 exercises to develop strong and safe shoulder mount, 3 exercises for your Chinese grip improvement. An I will show you two great exercise how to start doing FONJI in a safe and controlled way. The only equipment you’ll need is a pole and a resistance band. If you are a beginner in these two grips, use the tightest band, dark blue/violet. You can also use two bands to make it super safe and easy. IMPORTANT! Video does not include a WARM UP and a cool down. Feel free to check out my previous videos, I have lots of exercises for a proper warm.
