Neymar 2016 Haircut & Highlights Tutorial - TheSalonGuy

I got a TON of requests to do Neymar’s new haircut & hair color so I did what you asked for. I used a #2 guard on the sides and back. Left the middle strip at about 1 inch then cut the top to about 2 inches. I used 30 volume and lightener for about 40 minutes with highlights. I used Power Cream to style.
