How to Make Baba Ganoush - Roasted Eggplant and Tahini Dip - Great Appetizer!

Baba Ganoush is a delicious and easy dip or spread from the Middle East. It is super healthy as well. What a great appetizer for these coming celebrations or anytime of the year. Follow me : Twitter : Facebook : Instagram : Baba Ganoush 1 large eggplant 3 garlic cloves— peeled 1 teaspoon salt 1 large lemon — juiced 2 heaping tablespoons tahini 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin Chopped parsley, olive oil, paprika for garnish Heat your oven to 400 F (200C). Wash the eggplant and remove the stem. Wrap it in aluminum foil and roast it for 45 minutes. Remove it from the oven and let it cool down. Peel it and place it in the food processor. Add the garlic, salt, lemon juice, tahini and cumin. Process until smooth. Scoop into a bowl and garnish with chopped parsley, a sprinkle of paprika and olive oil.
