ANA KIM German native Ana Kim, formerly known as DJ KINO KINO, has entrenched herself as a solid member of Seoul’s underground music scene. Based between LA and Seoul, Ana learned how to use decks, and in just two years, she was able to support some of the biggest commercial acts including Pharrell Williams, Virgil Abloh and Polo & Pan. Never far from music, Ana was trained for almost 10 years at Cologne’s conservatory, her hometown, to become a classical pianist. Then, in LA, she formed an indie rock synth pop band while studying. Now Ana is DJing and diving into production again. Cologne’s techno scene, which she frequented when she was just 18, 19 years old, has inspired her sound a lot.
