Happy Halloween people!! :D I desing this for halloween X3 my festival favorite ;3 I like how the desing came the my evil forme 0wo I have the stiff neck for one hour spent on desing -3- [EDIT:] I drew it 3 years ago, and in that moment i wanted invent a pokemon-mix (i know that times i wasn’t good at invent pokemon (lol even now but i think im improve just a bit..
