Primary Assembly | Heart & Mind Soundbath, MARL Spatial Audio Lab, NYU

Using a Muse EEG headset, I’m performing a 45 minute “theta“ entrainment soundbath using the 50-speaker spatial audio lab at NYU 370 Jay Street in Brooklyn. The sound spins around the room in various layers based on my mental state. The beat is my heart’s live BPM, and the richness of the soundscape is based on my meditation depth. This was my spring thesis performance in NYC for my Masters in Interactive Media Arts at Tisch / ITP.
