The Julia Method Lie down and start repeating “I am”. You may also count to 100 but it’s not necessary if you already feel symptoms. Then start saying identifying affirmations like “My name is ___” “I’m __ yrs old”. When you feel your surroundings change, you can open your eyes and you should be in your DR.
