How We Make Homemade Bread In Russia ( Grinding Whole Wheat Flour)
Hi guy’s today I will show you how we make our home made bread (Russian cowboy bread) in Russia. We will be grinding flour from the wheat we bought from the markets, making dough from scratch and baking some lovely homemade bread.
Recipe
4 1/2 cups warm water
3/4 cup sunflower or olive oil
3/4 cup honey
6 tsp. salt
12 cups flour
3 tbsp. yeast
Combine water, oil, honey and salt.
Start mixing and add 6 cups of flour.
Add 3 tablespoons of yeast.
Add 6 more cups of flour and let it mix for 8 minutes.
After mixing let dough rise for 1 hour for the first rise.
After the first rise, grease tins, separate dough into tins and let dough rise for 45 minutes for the second rise.
After 45 minutes, turn the oven on for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
When the oven is at temperature put loaves in the oven for 45 minutes.
