Major X1.6 Solar Flare - November 7, 2014

X-Class solar Flare has been registered from Active Region 12205 at 17:26 UTC Friday. Associated with this X1.6 blast is a coronal mass ejection (CME) which is now visible in the latest satellite imagery and does not appear to have an earth-bound component.
