Thousands of fish strand on Philippine beaches

Photos taken by Cirilo Lagnason Jr. showed residents enjoying collecting different species and some even ran out of plastic bags for their collections. He said a large bulky fish washed ashore and everyone went out to catch Dilis and Tamban. Everyone was happy and considered it a blessing as they cooked for their family.
