DIY Shabby Chic French Victorian Vintage Trinket Box/ Using Eco Resin, Moulds & Decoupage Paper

In this NEW YouTube tutorial, I will take you on a creative journey to craft a vintage-inspired French Victorian jewelry/trinket box, a project inspired by the nostalgic beauty of a real vintage piece that belonged to my own mother. I have fond memories of seeing it atop her vanity when I was just a child. . I will share the process of handcasting the base of the jewelry box using a silicone mould and Eco Resin. The material of choice, Set In Stone Eco Resin, not only ensures a durable outcome but also nods to environmentally conscious crafting. . I’ll then share how to embellish this handcast box with an array of moulds, adding intricate details that pay homage to the French Victorian era. I’ll share how easy it is to use Ciao Bella Decoupage Rice Paper. Which mimics the handpainted floral designs reminiscent of the porcelain tops seen on many vintage pieces. . The final and perhaps most mesmerizing step is the application of Paint Couture’s 2 part Crackle to achieve a fine line crackle and aged paint effect.
