I really love the combination of cardio and an intense abs workout afterwards. MY TIPS: • For best results, squeeze your abs & core during the whole workout - especially during the exercises for your abs • Make sure to press your lower back flat onto the mat. Lower your legs only as far as possible, even if there is only a minimum of motion.
