With this intense ab workout you can strengthen your whole abs. For me it’s a perfect finisher after a sweaty cardio session. I really love the combination of cardio and an intense abs workout afterwards.
MY TIPS:
• For best results, squeeze your abs & core during the whole workout - especially during the exercises for your abs
• Make sure to press your lower back flat onto the mat. Lower your legs only as far as possible, even if there is only a minimum of motion. ALWAYS keep the tension and press your lower back onto the mat and engage your core!
• If your neck hurts while performing the exercises, you can lay your head on the mat and go on.
