water
Mix well like shown in the video and let it sit overnight.
The most important part is cooking it in the cast iron skillet like shown in the video at 500F (260C) degree after oiling the pan with cooking oil or butter.
You can also cook it in the preheated oven at 500F (260C) degree for 25 minutes. Sprinkle some nuts on the top if you like. I just did one today, it was delicious.
