In this 15 minute Bodyweight HIIT Workout we will go FULL THROTTLE! We will be having only 10 movements in total and we will implement the “Hunting-Style”: There will be one movement that will keep coming back after each single exercise.
In case you want to challenge yourself and extend the workout, you can simply go for 2x rounds of the same routine in a row!
Please make sure to do a proper warming up before starting the workout:

5. Low Plank 4x plank Jack -Get Up 4x M.C.

8. Front & Side- Jacks
9. Half Burpee - Calf Raise
10 .Front & Side- Jacks
11. Star Jacks
12. Front & Side- Jacks
13. Leg Raise Hip Lift Roll Taps
14. Front & Side- Jacks
15. Tap Down - Front Lunge Reach up
16. Front & Side- Jacks
17. Burpee
18. Front & Side- Jacks
