Cue In Ableton Live - Live Performance & Recording (Click & Headphone Mix)

All About Cue in Ableton Live - Live Performance & Recording (Click & Headphone Mix) In this tutorial, I talk about the cue, what it is and how does it work on Ableton Live for live performance (hearing a click/cue in your headphones whilst performing) and recording (creating headphone mixes for many band members). Cue is great in live performance as it allows you to listen to the click the same time as you perform your set, preview clips mid-session before playing them in the session view, or browse clips in the browse window whilst performing. Using return tracks and sends, you can use the same techniques to create headphone mixes for as many outputs as your interface has. In this video, I showcase cue with Scarlett 2i2, with two outputs, therefore I recommend to watch this video with headphones for the best demonstration.
