Pick up the first case with money, it is marked with a green dot on the radar. Next, head to the second case, it is guarded by Diablos with an Uzi. Just run over him and take the case. At the third point you will not find money, so you have to go to Portland and take it by force from Diablos. Don’t get too close to the bandits. Get into a firing position at a long distance, shoot five Diablos with a sniper rifle and take the case. Make sure there are no cops around when the shots are fired.
