Archtower Devlog: Run speed changes (faster speed)

Reworked run speed a bit, base speed is reduced by ~18.5%, but now you can increase it with clan bonuses (up to 10% at max), DEX bonus ( 1% for each ~10 points), there are two new traits that affect run speed ( 5% and -5%), also there is a talent for mobility ( 10%).
