Paper Craft: Woven Bird (Sarimanok) and Dragon

Weave a bird or dragon from scraps of scrapbook paper. Based on the Sarimanok legend of the Maranao people (Philippines). In this tutorial I am using strips pf paper 1“ x 12“ with the slits starting at 1½“ from end.
