ELBOW COUNTERS Four elbow counters that can be used in-ring competition. Kru Pedro Solana has been teaching in Chiang Mai, north of Thailand for more than 20 years. His teachings include Muay Thai Chaiya, Muay Boran, Krabi Krabong Thai Weapon, Internal Martial Arts, and Ground Silat.
