Brussels Sprouts Chips
1/2 pound brussels sprouts
Olive oil
Salt
Heat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut off the hard end of the sprouts and carefully separate all the leaves.
Rinse and pat dry without braking the leaves.
Lightly drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the leaves on a baking sheet in a single layer. Do not overcrowd or they will not be crisp. Work in batches if necessary.
Cook the sprouts for 8 to 10 minutes — until they are browned and crisp.
