Is A Rogue Weight Vest Plate Bulletproof?

The Rogue weight best plate comes with a warning saying that it should not be used as body armor. I wanted to see if they are actually any good at stopping bullets so I put one to the test to see. Obviously do not use this as body armor. *all of this took place on a shooting range in a safe environment.*
