Fallout 4 - Mysterious Underwater Sphere with writing on it!

I was exploring the ocean depths when I found this sphere. It is the only one that looks like this the only color, the only writing and the only one with symbols/pictures on it. It says “Try a BLANK BLANK“ on the other side it says “New!“ or possibly “Now!“ I found this interesting since it is the only one underwater that looks like this. Thoughts guys?
