VOICED BY: Richard Vaughan
Chinese Foreign Minister Tang Jiaxuan on Sunday visited the ruins of the Chinese embassy in Belgrade, which was destroyed during a NATO bombing raid last year.
Three people were killed and at least 20 injured when missiles hit the embassy on May 7, 1999.
The visit represents China’s interest in pursuing good relations with Yugoslavia despite the change of power.
