Freud 9/16” slot cutter router bit:
Z clip fasteners:
Dimensions/cut list:
Legs: 36“ (x4) - same width/depth as a 2x4
Leg supports (on the sides): 11“ (x4) - same width/depth as a 2x4
Front/back beams: 47.5“ (x6) - same width/depth as a 2x2
X pieces: at least 34“ long (x4) - same width/depth as a 2x2
Slats: “ x 2.5“ (x30) - same depth as a 1x3“
Top: 5 1/16“ x “ (x3)
