This is a great workout for beginners, perfect for you if you haven’t really worked out before or haven’t done so in a while. I talk you through the form for each of these exercises. The exercises are as follows; Side lunges - 20 total Squats - 30 (10 regular, 10 wide, 10 close stance) Regular alt lunges - 30 total calf raises - 20 regular, 10 facing feet out, 10 feet inward.
