Kettlebell Relay / Гиревая Эстафета

Kettlebell relay is the final part of pretty much all kettlebell competitions. Several teams of five lifters compete against each other to get a higher total. Each lifter has three minutes to complete his set in relay and the next lifter starts right after. The total time of relay competition is 20 minutes, but the performance is very attractive and totals are amazing because of the fast relay can be either in classic jerk or in long cycle.
