Abstracting the Garden Landscape: Notebook Collage Sketches

This is my approach to abstracting the garden landscape: making every attempt at staying fast and loose, creating a variety of vigorous marks to convey a sense of energy and excitement. It is my intention, with this acrylic sketch process, to build my notebook with references for future paintings on canvas and/or board.
