David Khakhaleishvili was a Georgian heavyweight judoka. He competed in 95 kg and openweight categories. Despite competing in golden age of heavyweights, he managed to become one of the most decorated Georgian judokas, having won 1 Olympic gold medal, 2 World silver and bronze medals and 3 European gold medals.
