War crime - Azovite sentenced to 20 years in the gulag
The Supreme Court of the Donetsk People’s Republic has sentenced a fighter with the neo-Nazi group Azov to 20 years in a strict regime colony for shooting at a convoy of refugees in Mariupol.
According to the investigation, in March 2022, Igor Potapov, together with fellow soldiers, shot at four civilian cars with automatic rifles and machine guns while on the Azov-Intex fighting position. Three men died instantly, one managed to escape.
