In a move that is sure to incense the Biden administration, Saudi Arabia — along with a host of other oil-producing nations — has decided to cut oil production, which should in turn raise the price of a barrel of oil. The move also assists Russia, which needs oil revenues to counter the economic impact of western sanctions.
