Wild West Open 2013 Sport Kettlebell Juggling Intro Workshop

Hey y’all! Did you know that Juggling will become an official sport discipline in 2014? Two hours intro workshop will take a place at Northwest Austin Recreation Park after Wild West Open. We will discuss history, concepts of KB juggling, basic flips and drills and practice them. One of the workshop highlights will be group KB juggling! More information available at the competition!
