There are over 200 kinds of this instrument around the world. Khomus has the most ancient sound and it takes its breath from the my culture the blacksmith who makes a Khomus is recognized and respected as a shaman. Shaman and blacksmith are in the same level and both work with the main spirit of Middle World - The fire (Khatan Temieriye). My Sakha people do believe that Khomus has a healing vibrations and its sounds go deep into cells.
