Stone Temple Pilots’ Scott Weiland, Creed’s Scott Stapp, Days Of The New’s Travis Meeks, Train singer Patrick Monahan, former Jane’s Addiction/Porno For Pyros frontman Perry Farrell and The Cult’s Ian Astbury and Billy Duffy were among the artists who joined Doors guitarist Robbie Krieger, keyboardist-vocalist Ray Manzarek, and drummer John Densmore for the show which marked the first time the remaining Doors had taken the stage together since being inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame in 1993. Knowing that they could never replace their late and legendary front man, Jim Morrison, the Doors (Ray Manzarek, Robbie Krieger, and John Densmore) invited vocalists from a variety of hot bands to offer their own interpretations of classic Doors hits and presented to the audience some stories about the origins of each song throughout the show !
