Make a “Kill Bill“ style Shishi-odoshi “deer scarer“ bamboo water fountain

I first saw a shishi-odoshi in Kill Bill, but didn’t know what it was called. It’s a Japanese bamboo fountain which makes a clacking noise intended to scare away deer. I made mine as a all-in-one unit, but you can make them in a lot of different ways.
