Cassette Players Live Experiment Space Ambient / Drone

Just don’t look at the acid snowman. It was painted by my little daughter, and her drawings inspire me. I like to do live improvisations, since it doesn’t matter what result you want, tape and not the perfect equipment always make their own adjustments and basically always determine the final result. For this improvisation, I used three pre-recorded tapes (synths and kalimba), a few loops from portastudio and the fourth player. Also on marantz 222 I turned on the first tape I came across, which as it turned out, I had previously used for echoing on a guitar, preparing material for one of the following videos. For this improvisation I used: - 3 no name cassette players; - speed mod cassette player Sanyo; - portastudio Fostex-X28; - cassette recorder Marantz PMD-222; - Empress reverb.
