Here’s today’s is made up of 2 parts. The first part is 2 different exercises that you are doing for 20 seconds each, back to back (no rest) for 8 rounds. The second part of the workout is made up of 5 different exercises that you are doing for 15 Rounds (or 10 rounds for beginners and 20 Rounds for the more advanced). You will do those 5 exercises for 10 Seconds of rest/50 Seconds of work.
